This musical <MARY SHELLEY> talks about ‘Mary’ who kept challenging for her works and dream in England in early 19^th century when the women felt hard to achieve their dream because they are women only. Is this name strange? Mary is the first SF novelist and she is famous for the novel < Frankenstein>! Her father is William Godwin, the first anarchist and her mother is Mary Wollstonecraft, the first feminist and the writer of <A Vindication of the Rights of Woman>!🐳

Before the shocking news that an actor Ha Jung-woo got 44-year younger brother by his father Kim Yong-gun’s scandal has all gone, Ha Jung-woo got to attend the court because of his charge of ‘Illegal administration of propofol’.

The first trial of Ha Jung-woo, who is suspected of violating the law on drug management, was held on last 10^th. Before it, Ha Jung-woo was previously charged with a fine of 10 million won on charges of illegal administration of propofol, but was handed over to a formal trial based on the court's judgment that it was inappropriate to issue a summary order.

Ha Jung-woo is also suspected of being injected under the name of his younger brother Cha Hyun-woo (real name Kim Young-hoon) and his manager, not his name Kim Sung-hoon. He admitted it. But he shifted responsibility saying that “I considered the information such as his brother and manager’s name as private information and to be protected. I don’t know how the hospital used the information.”

Ha Jung-woo's lawyer insisted that privacy should be protected saying that "Ha Jung-woo is so careful that he doesn't even book restaurants in his name." But hospital is not a restaurant where people can book under any name. There is a law called the 'Medical Real Name Act', and Ha Jung-woo violated it.

If a doctor is found to have made a false medical record, the doctor and the person who made the record can be punished. If Ha Jung-woo fails to prove the suspicion, he is likely to be charged with aiding and abetting medical law violations.

Let's be generous and assume that Ha Jung-woo may feel pressured to be known to receive acne treatment. Everyone knows that Ha Jung-woo has bad skin. His receiving acne treatment is not a big issue.

Above all, Ha Jung-woo has consistently said through broadcasts since his debut that “I’m focusing on procedures and management (of skin)”. But suddenly he received treatment ‘under other’s name’ only for the treatment that requires propofol’. It doesn’t make sense and it make people suspect that there is a reason for something other else more than general anesthesia.

In conclusion, putting together Ha Jung-woo's argument, it means that the doctor committed a violation at the risk of punishment because of ‘Ha Jung-woo's privacy’. However, the doctor, who was in charge of Ha Jung-woo's treatment, was also not confident. The owner doctor of plastic surgery hospital has been sentenced to three years in prison and additional fines for illegally administering propofol hundreds of times since 2015 and taking propofol on his own.

Ha Jung-woo set up a luxurious lawyer team and heads to court. Ha Jung-woo's lawyers are 10 lawyers from the nation's four largest law firms. More than half of lawyers have very "outstanding" backgrounds, including former senior judges, former senior prosecutors, former police officers, and former prosecutors of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office's violent department.

Ha Jung-woo thought it would end up with a fine but he got to go to court. In this chaotic situation, his father was added with being accused by forcing to have an abortion and things got worse. Ha Jung-woo has avoided all of his controversy like a Weasel. Can he solve this situation as well?
