주황빛 벽에 설치된 <더듬기>(2024)는 차갑고 단단한 석상을 숯으로 더듬으며 작가들이 미륵을 만지고 느꼈던 경험을 전달합니다. 이는 소외된 풍경과 조각에 대한 감각적 접속을 불러일으키며, 일상에서 잊힌 미술의 존재감을 재발견하게 합니다. 이어지는 영상 작업 <쓰레기와 춤을>(2024)은 먼지와 쓰레기들이 폐허 속에서 춤추는 모습을 담아내며 인간의 손길이 닿지 않는 먼지 속에서 자연과 조화롭게 존재하는 새로운 관계를 환기시키며, 우리에게 함께 존재함의 의미를 묻습니다. 

Rock n’ Feel (2024) shares the experiences encountered by the artists while running their hands over Maitreya as they used charcoal to feel a cold, solid statue. This approach elicits a sensory connection with an alienated landscape and sculpture, allowing for the rediscovery of the forgotten presence of art in life. The exhibition also presents a video work entitled Dances with Trash (2024), shows dust and pieces of garbage dancing in ruins untouched by human hands. In that untouched dust, it shows a new relationship of harmony with nature, while posing questions to us about the meaning of coexistence.

The Undo Planet showcases an exceptional collection of video works documenting the creation and sites of two landmark land art projects: Robert Smithson’s Spiral Jetty and Nancy Holt’s Sun Tunnels. Complementing the exhibition, Lisa Le Feuvre, Executive Director of the Holt/Smithson Foundation, presents an insightful online lecture. The lecture highlights Holt and Smithson’s innovative and experimental approaches through extensive archival materials, offering a deeper understanding of their transformative contributions to land art.
