CNUISS Class Information: |
|
|
- Teaching Period: June 30 - July 25, 2025 (The program dates are subject to change.)
- Teaching Hours: 45 hours (M, T, TH, F / 09:00-11:50 or 13:30-16:20)
- Medium of class: English
- Level: Undergradute or Graduate
- Class Setup: Mixture of Korean and international students
- Course Topic: Genceral courses are preferable to attract more students.

- Nomination Deadline: November 20, 2024
- Please submit a separate online nomination form for each nominees.
- One institution can nominate up to a total of three (3) applicants.
- Note: CNU cannot accept more than three (3) applicants.
- Applications sent directly to CNU without an official nomination from the home institution will NOT be considered.

Qualifications & Eligibility: |
|
|
- Doctoral degree with three (3) years of full-time teaching experience.

- A mandatory age limit of 65 for any faculty employment, whether permaent or temporary.
- For a previous CNUISS visiting scholar:
- More than a total of 10 enrolled students

|
Benefits & Financial Support: |
|
|
- Honorarium: 3,000 USD
- CNU On-campus Residence & Meal Fees
- Or, 1,000,000KRW for self-arranged off-campus housing fees & meal fees.
- Keep in mind that CNU does not have any official affiliation with off-campus accommodations.
- Air Fare Support:
- From Asia: 1,000 USD
- From outside of Asia: 2,000 USD
- 4-5 arranged free group cultural excursions
- Previous cultural excursions: Seoul, Night Cruise trip in Yeosu, Gwangju Confucian School, 518 Memorial Park, etc.

General Schedule for 2025 CNUISS: |
|
|
- Faculty nomination deadline: November 20, 2024
- Faculty application deadline: December 4, 2024
- Course list completion: December 31, 2024
- After consultation with the relevant departments based on the documents submitted.
- International student application: January 20-March 31, 2025
- Final screening: April 2, 2025
- Based on the number of students registered
- Required minimum number of students: 10 students
- Official invitation letter for the accepted visiting scholars: May 2, 2025
