PIOLINK Hosts National Cybersecurity Strategy Seminar in Kyrgyzstan
Marks the conclusion of National Integrated Cyber Safety Operations Center (SOC) Construction Project and presents direction for future security capacity building
PIOLINK held a “National Cybersecurity Strategy Seminar” on May 26 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, bringing together high-level government officials to mark the conclusion of the “National Integrated Security Operations Center (SOC) Project,” part of KOICA’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) program.
Over the past three years, PIOLINK and Korean cybersecurity firms including the ICTIS and Igloo consortia contributed to the project by building SOC infrastructure, providing training, and offering policy consulting based on Korea’s national SOC model. PIOLINK played a central role in delivering network-based infrastructure and operational training to help strengthen Kyrgyzstan’s digital government.
At the seminar, participants reviewed the project’s outcomes, explored the SOC’s technical framework, and discussed future cybersecurity policies and international cooperation.
