☑️ End of Support for Hive Server-to-Server APIs Using Authentication KeysEnd of Support for Hive Server-to-Server APIs Using Authentication Keys

Support for Hive Server-to-Server (S2S) APIs that use the existing authentication key method was originally scheduled to end on Nov. 3, 2026. To support a stable transition, the end-of-support date has been extended to Nov. 20, 2026. This change is intended to strengthen system security by fully transitioning from the existing authentication key method to the more secure JWT (JSON Web Token) method.
New APIs using JWT authentication are currently available, and calls to APIs using the existing authentication key method will be restricted after Nov. 20, 2026. To avoid disruption to your service operations, complete the transition to the new JWT-based APIs by the deadline.

[Requesting a Transition Grace Period]
If you are unable to complete the transition to the new APIs by the deadline due to unavoidable live service schedules, such as major updates or server maintenance, please apply for a grace period by Nov. 6, 2026.
