In the Hive Console, all refund records across marketplaces can be viewed in real time in one place.

Not only the refund results processed by each marketplace, but also the item recovery status from the game server and the CS response to refund requests received via Hive Customer Support can be checked under Billing > Market Cancellation-Refund Inquiry.
📌 2. Re-Purchase Prompt and Access Control for Refund Users
Detected a case of refund abuse in the Cancel/Refund Inquiry tab?
Use the Re-Purchase Prompt for Refund Users feature.

🔹 What It Does: 
If a user who was refunded logs into the game, a repurchase popup is shown.
They must complete the repurchase before they can continue gameplay.

  • Automates the process and reduces manual response efforts.
📌 3. Sharing User Consumption Data with Marketplaces
To better assess potential abuse, you can enable the User Consumption Data Sharing feature.

With the user’s consent, Hive can send key behavior data—such as refund tendencies and app usage time—from the game to the marketplace.

This helps platforms like Apple App Store make more informed refund decisions, curbing unfair refund activity. (Currently available for Apple App Store only.)
