ROK Roadshow RSVP
The purpose of the Roadshow is strengthen partnership between Korean and Dutch Defense & Security Industry through business matching and site visits.

 

During the ADEX 2023 last year, NIDV and Gyeongnam TP signed a defense cooperation MOU, and with this as an opportunity, we are planning to visit to Korea defense companies in the Gyeongsangnam-do region and a match-making meeting, co-organized with Gyeongnam TP.

The roadshow is organized along with company visits based at the following Gyeongnam TP regional offices.

- Changwon-city: Defense Industry Division (Land domain)
     Major companies :

  • Objective: Strengthen partnership between Korean and Dutch Defense & Security Industry through business matching and site visits

  Day 1 (Thu, 18 April 2024) - Changwon 

  10:00 - 12:00    Seminar & Match-making in Changwon

                       - Introduction of Gyeongnam and NIDV/companies

                      - Match making between NIDV/companies and Gyeongnam SMEs

  12:00 - 13:00   Lunch & Networking

  14:00 - 17:00   Visit multiple defense companies (Hanwha, KyeonginTech, i-Spec etc) 

                      * It may change depending on the participants' interests.

  18:00 - 21:00   Welcome Reception


 Day 2 (Fri, 19 April 2024) - Sacheon

  09:00 - 10:00   Army Consolidated Maintenance Depot (C.M.D)

                      A specialized comprehensive maintenance unit in charge of repairing all

                      military equipment, weapons, and special weapons, from land vehicles such

                      as tanks and armored vehicles to aviation equipment such as helicopters, as

                      well as production of weapon system parts and research on maintenance

                      technology.
