故 평사(平士) 임길진 박사(초대이사장) 제17주기 추도식

지난 2월 10일, 주거복지연대 초대 이사장 故 평사(平士) 임길진 박사의 17기 추도식을 진행했습니다.

천안공원(무학지구) 장미17단 22호에서 진행된 이번 행사는 김용을 연출가가 사회자를 맡아 진행됐으며, 주거복지연대 남상오 이사장, 황기룡 사무총장, 고대연 간사, 윤효석 사원, 서울서부지사 김종윤 지사장, 박영수 사무국장, 서울남부지사 최진규 지사장, 고양시지부 최백규 지부장, 경기남부지사 이석훈 지사장, 백연옥 사무국장, 최은희 실장, 이용면 후원회원, 인천지사 이광호 부지사장, 양선주 사무국장, 최광춘 지부장, 이춘근 지부장, 인천서구지부 조성직 지부장, 고연실 부회장, 이덕례 후원회원, 심승순 후원회원, 수원시 지속가능도시재단 안상욱 前이사장, 서울대학교 임현진 명예교수, 조종건 목사, LH한국토지주택공사 강한수 전문위원, 환경재단 최열 이사장, 환경운동연합 김춘이 사무총장, 허정혜 선임PD, 임길진NGO스쿨 성종현 담당PD 등 30여명이 참석해 임길진 박사의 뜻을 기리고 추모의 시간을 가졌습니다.

남상오 이사장은 추모사에서 "주거복지연대는 현재 지역을 기반한 활동을 많이 기획하고 회원을 열심히 모집하고 있다"며 "비영리활동만 하지 않고, 비영리활동을 만드는 지사지부를 지원하고 협동조합을 연계해 생활의 안정까지 지속할 수 있는 주거복지를 이루겠다"고 말했습니다. 또한 "창립 당시 임길진 박사는 '구각을 타파할 수 있는 새롭게 혁신하는 시민활동'을 강조했다"며 "그 분의 유지를 이어받아 시민단체의 역할을 열심히 수행하겠다"고 말했습니다.

The memorial service for the 17th anniversary of the first chairperson, 평사(平士, Pyungsa) Dr. Lim Gil-jin.

On February 10th., the 17th memorial service was held for the late Dr. Lim Gil-jin, the first Chairman of CiDeH.

The event, which was held in Cheonan Park (Muhak District) Rose 17 dan 22, was hosted by Producer Kim Yong-eul. About 30 people has attended to commemorate the will of Dr. Lim Gil-jin and hold a memorial time; Chairman Nam Sang-oh, Executive Director Hwang Ki-ryong, Ko Dae-yeon, Yoon Hyo-seok from CiDeH Headquater. Kim Jong-yoon, Park Young-soo from CiDeH Western Seoul branch. Choi Jin-kyu from CiDeH Southern Seoul branch. Choi Baek-kyu from CiDeH Goyang branch. Lee Seok-hoon, Baek Yeon-ok, Choi Eun-hee, Lee Yong-myeon from CiDeH Southern Gyeonggi branch, Lee Kwang-ho, Yang Sun-joo, Choi Kwang-chun, Lee Chun-geun from CiDeH Incheon branch, Cho Sung-jik, Go Yeon-sil, Lee Deok-rye, Shim Seung-soon from CiDeH Western Incheon branch, Ahn Sangwook, former chairman of the Suwon Sustainable City Foundation, Honorary professor Lim Hyunjin of Seoul National University. Reverend Cho Jong-gun, Kang Han-soo, a special member of LH Korea Land and Housing Corporation, Choi Yeol, chairman of the Environmental Foundation, Secretary-General Kim Chun-yi of the Korea Federation of Environmental Movement, Senior PD Heo Junghye and PD Sung Jong-hyun of Lim Gil-jin NGO School.

In a memorial speech, Chairman Nam said, "CiDeH is currently planning a lot of regional-based activities and recruiting new members. We will not only execute non-profit activities, but support branches to create non-profit activities and link cooperatives to achieve residential welfare." He also said, "At the time of its foundation, Dr. Lim emphasized 'newly innovative civic activities that can break down Gugak'." Adding "We will continue to play the role of civic groups.“

웹툰 작가 지망생을 위한 공유주택이 생긴다!😍😍😍

주거복지연대가 ‘서울웹툰아카데미’와 함께 웹툰 작가 지망생을 위한 Share House 공유주택(이하 ‘툰하우스’) 두 곳을 조성했습니다.

툰하우스 1호는 강서구 방화동에 위치하며 전용면적 94.26㎡에 2인실 2개, 1인실 1개, 주방 1개, 거실 1개, 화장실 2개로 최대 5명이 생활할 수 있도록 구성되어 있습니다. 툰하우스 2호도 관악구 신림동에 위치하며 전용면적 116.18㎡에 2인실 2개, 1인실 1개, 주방 1개, 거실 1개, 화장실 2개로 최대 5명이 생활할 수 있도록 구성되어 있습니다.

주거복지연대는 지난해 7월 서울웹툰아카데미와 업무협약을 맺고 웹툰 문화콘텐츠 전문가 양성 및 청년 주거안정을 위한 주거복지 정보공유 및 지원을 계속해오고 있었는데요. 지난 2/24(목) 툰하우스 1호와 2호 모두 시공을 마무리하였고 2/17(월)부터 2/24(목)까지 입주신청을 받아 3/7(월) 입주를 완료할 예정입니다.

Share House for webtoon writers!😍😍😍

Along with Seoul Webtoon Academy, CiDeH has created two Share House(‘Toon House’) for webtoon writers.

Toon House No. 1 is located in Banghwa-dong, Gangseo-gu. It is as large as 94.26㎡ with two double rooms, one single room, one kitchen, one living room, and two toilets for up to five people. The second Toon House is located in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, and it's size is 116.18㎡ with two double rooms, one single room, one kitchen, one living room, and two toilets for up to five people.

CiDeH signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with Seoul Webtoon Academy in July last year and has continued to share and support housing welfare information to foster webtoon experts and help them stabilizing housing issue.

Both Toonhouse No. 1 and No. 2 have completed construction on Thursday, 2/24 and will be completed on Monday, 3/7 after receiving applications for occupancy from Monday, 2/17 to Thursday, 2/24.

2022년 주거복지연대 시무식

지난 2월 7일, 주거복지연대 2022년 활동의 시작을 알리는 시무식을 했습니다. 이번 시무식은 동작주거복지센터(서울 동작구 장승배기로 131-1 2층 / 02-816-1688~9)에서 진행됐으며, 남상오 이사장을 포함하여 사무국 및 동작주거복지센터 직원 13명이 참석해 결의를 다졌습니다.👍

CiDeH Opening Ceremony 2022

The CiDeH Opening Ceremony 2022 was held on February 7th at Noryangjin Office(131-1, Jangseungbaegi-ro, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea). Including Chairman Nam(Sang-Oh Nam, Chairman of CiDeH), 13 staff members from CiDeH's Headquarter and DongJak Housing Welfare Center have attended.👍

주거복지연대 서울남부지사와 도시농업선두 농장 허브다섯메의 따뜻한 만남💖

주거복지연대 서울남부지사와 도시농업의 선두농장인 허브다섯메가 저소득층 주거복지를 위한 기부금지원 업무협약을 지난 2/21(월) 체결하였습니다.

양 기관은 업무협약식에서 저소득층의 주거환경개선사업은 물론 상호간 정보교류를 통한 복지개선 활동 등 다양한 사업을 함께 하기로 협약하였습니다.

A meeting between ‘CiDeH southern Seoul branch’ and ‘Five Herbs’💖

The CiDeH southern Seoul branch and Five Herbs, the leading farm in urban agriculture, signed a MOU to support low-incomes' housing welfare on February 21st.

At the ceremony, the two organizations agreed to collaborate various projects together, including welfare improvement activities for less economic people by exchanging information.

주복청계농원은 주거복지연대 경기남부지사에서 운영하는 양계장으로 청계 약 3000수를 기르고 있습니다. 청계란을 판매한 수익금의 일부를 주거취약계층 집수리를 위해 사용하고 있습니다. 많은 관심과 응원을 부탁드립니다.

CiDeH Southern Gyeonggi branch runs Jubokcheongye Farm

Jubokcheonggye Farm is a poultry farm run by CiDeH Southern Gyeonggi branch and grows about 3,000 Cheongyes(ameraucana chicken).

Some of the proceeds from the sale of eggs are used for house repair for the vulnerable. Thank you for your interest and support.

동작주거복지센터 2월 뉴스레터💕

동작주거복지센터가 공공임대주택 안내 소책자 '함께 할 집을 그립니다' 2022년도 최신본을 발간하였습니다. 해당자료는 공공임대주택에 궁금증이 있는 다양한 시민과 복지기관에 배포하여 업무에 참고할 수 있도록 하였습니다.

또, 동작구 정신건강복지센터에 방문하였습니다. 기관 종사자분들께 동작주거복지센터의 역할과 기관소개를 하였습니다. 앞으로 사업에 대하여 상호 보완적으로 접근하여, 촘촘한 복지체계를 구축도록 하겠습니다.

February Newsletter from Dongjak Housing Welfare Center(DHWC)💕

DHWC has published the 2022 edition of "Drawing a House to Be Together," a public rental housing brochure. It contains details on the types of public rental housing and how to move in. It also provides information on the housing welfare system that you must know, such as the interest support system for youth lease deposits. When visiting an institution in Dongjak-gu, You may take advantage of it with the information in the booklet.

Also, DHWC visited the Dongjak-gu Mental Health Welfare Center and conducted education class for mutual cooperation and establishment of a residential welfare network on housing information.
