[Chat] Search conversations

A conversation search feature has been added. Quickly find needed messages by searching the chat.
*App update required
[Report] Push notification for report submission

When a report is created, designated recipients automatically receive a push notification, allowing them to check the report right away.
* How to set up: Dashboard > Report > Settings > Templates > Basic Settings > Receive a notification when a report is created? > Set to ‘Receive’ > Select recipients
* Notification recipients can be selected from the fixed recipients of the report.
[Members] Enhanced resignation handling features - Recover resigned employees and more (App)

You can recover a resigned employee’s account in the app. Easily recover the original account when an employee is re-hired, their resignation is reversed, or if they were mistakenly marked as resigned.
* The same feature will soon be available on the dashboard as well.

Other Improvements:

  • [Report] App > Show the creater’s name in the list of submitted reports
  • [Posting board] The default viewing period has been updated: Past 100 days from the most recent post
  • [To-do] The default setting for "Assign this task only on specific schedules?" has been changed to ‘No’ when creating a task
  • [Settings] Usability and UI improvements for the company information page on the dashboard
