ASEZ in Pretoria Launches Global Environmental Restoration Project

On July 28, 2024, about 110 ASEZ members in Pretoria, South Africa, gathered to clean the Raslou AH area of Centurion, Tshwane, as part of the Earth Recovery Project. At the request of Tshwaneโ€™s office, ASEZ members covered a 2-kilometer section from Mimosa Ave to Lochner Road, collecting all kinds of household and other wastes scattered around the streets.

ASEZ Takes the Lead in Environmental Protection by Planting Mangroves and Collecting Trash

On August 4, 2024, the mangrove tree planting and beach cleanup, organized by ASEZ, were successfully held at the beach in 76-A Bucana, Davao City, the Philippines. With the support of Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Davao City, the event was attended by about 150 people, including the Korean Overseas Culture Experience Group, ASEZ members in Davao, the Philippines, and firefighters from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Regional Office XI.

Tree-Planting Event for Environmental Recovery in Puebla

On July 11, 2024, a tree-planting event for environmental recovery was successfully held near the Polytechnic University of Amozoc (UPAM in Spanish) in Amozoc, Puebla, Mexico. A total of 100 trees were planted at this event, and it was planned to promote the importance of environmental preservation in cooperation with the local community.
