🚨The Mental Health Red Flag Our Society Faces🤕 |
#1 in OECD suicide rates, 63% increase in youth depression over 3 years... Korean society is currently facing a 'crisis of the heart.'
BTF has been running tirelessly for the past 30 years to protect youth from school violence. However, in a rapidly changing world with new threats like cyberbullying, the mental health of young people is at risk—1 in 10 teenagers considers suicide.
So we thought of a way to protect youth by strengthening the muscles of the mind, just as we train the muscles of the body.

💖Healing Hearts Through Running—Mind Run🏃♀️ |
Mind Run: Running together, Healing together |
Mind Run was initiated by doctors from the Korean Neuropsychiatric Association. It's a gathering that raises awareness about the importance of mental health through running and seeks paths to healing and recovery together.
Resonating with this mission, BTF, KBS N, the Korean Neuropsychiatric Association, and the Morning Letter Cultural Foundation have joined forces to host the first-ever Mind Run Festival this year, with approximately 5,000 participants!
While many may value running records, Mind Run aims to be a happiness festival that pursues empathy, support, and human connection above all else.
