βοΈ Hive Web Shop New Feature |
|
|
Coupon application and discount features have been added to the Hive Web Shop. By integrating with the existing billing system's coupon functionality, you can offer events and benefits, and set discount rates so users can purchase items at reduced prices. Additionally, the Web Shop notice section now supports image attachments, allowing you to deliver complex product information or payment notices more intuitively through visuals. |

βοΈ Hive Customer Support Data Retention and Auto-Deletion Policy |
|
|
Starting April 30, 2026, a data retention policy will be applied to attachments in inquiries submitted to the Hive Customer Center and data generated through the VIP management feature, with automatic deletion implemented accordingly. Attachments in inquiries will be retained for three months from the inquiry submission date before being automatically deleted, and VIP cumulative payment export files will be retained for one month from the creation date before automatic deletion. In addition, VIP registration/deregistration data will be automatically deleted one month after the deregistration date. VIP registration/deregistration data that has already exceeded the retention period will be deleted in bulk on the policy enforcement date, so please download any necessary data in advance. |
