☑️ Added Fields to Hive Auth Token Verification API

The Hive Auth Token Verification API has been enhanced to optionally return additional auth-related information via extra parameters, improving the API’s extensibility. When requesting token verification, based on the field values specified in the include_fields array, you can check information under the response’s data array such as usage restriction status, whether device management is enabled, player_id signup date, and China real-name verification number. For details, please refer to the Hive Developer Guide.

☑️ Hive SDK Update for Compliance with the App Store Accountability Act

Several U.S. states are set to enact the App Store Accountability Act, which requires verifying user age information and obtaining parental consent for underage app usage. The earliest enforcement will begin in Texas on January 1, 2026. To address this, Google and Apple provide APIs for querying user age and parental approval information. Currently, both Google and Apple are offering these APIs in beta; in Apple’s case, they are supported only in Xcode 26.2 Beta released on November 4.
Hive SDK will utilize the APIs provided by Google and Apple to check user age and parental approval status, and if parental approval is denied, it will be handled as an SDK initialization failure. In addition, the verified age and approval information will be passed to the game so each game service can take any additional actions required. However, since Unreal Engine does not support Xcode 26.2 Beta at this time, support for the App Store Accountability Act on builds using Unreal Engine will be deferred. Please note that the Hive SDK version addressing the App Store Accountability Act is scheduled for release in December.

☑️ Hive Remote Play Plugin v1.01.00 Release

This version fixes an intermittent issue where game controls did not work and includes several improvements, such as changing the behavior to allow Windows Firewall when launching Remote Play. For details, please refer to the release notes.
