[To-do] Assign tasks based on employee schedules
Was it inconvenient to assign tasks to employees on leave or day-off? Now, you can configure tasks to be assigned only to employees with specific schedules.
*How to set up: Dashboard & App Leader mode > To-do menu > Create To-do > Period section > 'Assign this task only on specific schedules?' > Choose 'Yes' > Select schedule types
[To-do] Push notification upon task deadline
Notifications will be sent to the task creator and assigned reviewer when the task period ends to ensure you don't miss it.
*How to set up: Dashboard & App Leader mode > To-do menu > Create To-do > Basic settings section > 'Receive notifications when the task period ends?' > Choose 'Receive'.

Other Improvements:

  • [Notice & Survey] When tapping on the notification, it will directly link to the detailed page of the corresponding notice or survey.
  • [To-do] If comments are added to the task results, push notifications will be sent not only to the task assignee but also to the task creator and members who have commented on the task results.
  • [To-do] If a task is created without task assignees, a push notification will be sent to the task creator.
