Workplace management is now more flexible.
Configure permissions by feature and user role.
Control which workplaces leaders and employees can access, and allow leaders to add or remove workplaces alongside admins.
A new permission allows users to view workplace attendance status independently of member view permissions.
* Dashboard (PC) > Management > Workplaces > Settings > View and management permissions

Deactivate workplaces without deleting them.
Set workplaces that are no longer in operation as inactive instead of deleting them. Punch-ins are disabled for inactive workplaces, but all workplace data is retained. You can reactivate them at any time.
Inactive workplaces are listed separately, and their view permissions can be configured independently.
* Dashboard (PC) > Management > Workplaces > Status > Inactive
* Requires app update.
* Once this feature is released, previously deleted workplaces will appear as inactive. You can still permanently delete workplaces at any time.

Workplace information is now organized into Basic, Additional, and Advanced sections.
Each information field is now more configurable, with options to enable or disable fields, require them when adding workplaces, organize them by category, and configure expiration settings.
A new Grade field is now available. Assign grades to workplaces, set visit targets for each grade, and track progress toward those targets.

The Workplace Status page is now easier to view and navigate.
Customize the information shown in the Workplace Status table and statistics.
A new Map view is now available. View key workplace information directly on the map, and update workplace locations and GPS attendance radius directly from the map.

Add workplaces in bulk with AI assistance.
Upload your existing workplace list, and AI automatically maps the required information for bulk creation. If anything is missing, AI will prompt you to complete the import.
Bulk uploads now support up to 3,000 workplaces, increased from 2,000.
