Upcoming Release: Fourth Week of February 2025
[Workplace] Now supports assigning 'Managed workplaces' to each member

Assign workplaces to employees managing multiple stores or locations. Employees can be assigned multiple locations and access their workplace details.
When to-dos and reports are assigned by workplace, they are automatically assigned to employees with that workplace as their fixed or managed workplace.
*In Dashboard (PC) > Members > Bulk modify member info > [Managed workplace], workplaces can be assigned to employees in bulk.
Upcoming Release: First Week of March 2025
[To-do] Navigate to a specific question based on responses

A dynamic question flow will be added to display different questions based on responses. Streamline tasks by skipping irrelevant questions and moving to relevant ones based on responses. Customize task flows with the new [Navigate based on responses] feature.
*The [Navigate based on responses] feature can only be set from the dashboard (PC) when creating or editing a To-Do.
Upcoming Release: First Week of March 2025
[To-do] New components added : Dropdown / Brand / Model

To-dos now support dropdown components. Improve usability with neatly organized response options, reduced scrolling, and easier input. Using the Brand / Model components, you can load stored company data and configure questions in a dropdown format.
*The [Dropdown / Brand / Model] components can only be used from the dashboard (PC) when creating or editing a To-Do.
Other Improvements:

  • [To-do] Set input limits when allowing only numbers in the text component
