☑️ Hive Event Analytics Release

Hive Analytics now includes Event Analytics. Previously, you had to define a log schema before analysis, but Event Analytics allows you to start analyzing immediately without any schema setup. You can build charts, funnels, and retention analyses directly in the UI by selecting events and metrics—no SQL or scripts required—so you can analyze data without developer support.
Furthermore, integration with major MMP tools such as Airbridge, AppsFlyer, and Adjust enables unified analysis of MMP data and Hive platform data. The User Activity Tracking menu also allows you to view individual user activity history and key information at a glance. For more details, refer to the Hive Console Guide.

☑️ Hive Chat Report/Sanction Service Release

Hive Chat now provides an integrated set of features for managing chat communities, from reviewing in-game user reports to applying sanctions and managing their status. With the Report Management feature, you can immediately review and take action on reported messages submitted in-game. You can view not only the reported message but also its surrounding context (up to 40 messages), enabling more precise sanctions. A bulk sanction feature is also available to process multiple reports at once, reducing response time and minimizing incorrect actions through context review, resulting in more reliable chat moderation.
In addition, the Sanctioned User Management feature allows you to monitor the status of currently sanctioned users and update their status immediately when needed. You can review up to 90 days of cumulative sanction history to identify repeat offenders, and freely extend or end existing sanctions (restore chat permissions). ☑️ App Version Conditions Added to Hive Provisioning Maintenance and Country Restriction Pop-ups

]App version conditions have been added to the server maintenance and country restriction pop-up features in Hive Provisioning. This allows you to display notice pop-ups selectively only to specified app version ranges for certain servers or countries. For more details, refer to the Hive Console Guide.

☑️ Hive Crash Report Service Discontinuation

The Hive Console Crash Report menu will be discontinued on May 21, 2026. This change is based on internal operational policies and will not affect any currently live game services. No additional action is required. Please take note in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

☑️ Hive Remote Play Plugin v1.1.3 Release

This version resolves an issue where Remote Play would stop or the game would close when using hardware encoding on AMD graphics cards. It also improves video quality when using a hardware encoder. For more details, refer to the release notes.
