[Company settings] Work policy improvements: More flexible options and enhanced usability

Work policy management by member

You can now apply different work policies and rules to each member. Once the admin registers rules for each work policy, the admin or a leader with permission to add members can assign policies individually within the management group.

*Newly created work policies based on the existing settings will be automatically applied to the relevant members.

New work policies added

New work policy types are now available. Existing work policy will be moved to the 'Schedule-based Work Policy' type.
  • Fixed Work Policy: Ideal for members with fixed weekly schedules. Schedules are automatically assigned daily at midnight, covering up to the end of the next month. If your company has been using a company-wide common schedule, you can now manage it as a Fixed Work Policy.
  • Staggered Work Policy and Flexible Work Policy: These are flexible work policies based on labor law.

Apply different work policies for pregnancy and postpartum periods

Using the Pregnancy/Postpartum Management feature? You can now set different work policies for each member during their pregnancy and postpartum periods.
1. Register members along with their pregnancy or postpartum period on the [Pregnancy/Postpartum Management] page.
2. Go to the member's [Member Information] page and apply the registered work policy to start and end according to the pregnancy/postpartum period.
 
*Only the admin or leaders with permission to add members can apply work policies to members.
*Newly created pregnancy/postpartum work policies based on existing settings will be automatically applied to the relevant members.
