Vitamin A, as one of the nutrients, constitutes biological membrane tissue in the body and stimulates cell regeneration as a growth factor for epithelial cells. Analysis of vitamin A in pharmaceutical products and cosmetics can be analyzed as the form of a derivative without complex sample preparation because the sample has low matrix interference. In this study, quantitative analysis of vitamin A in nutritional supplements and cosmetics was conducted by ChroZen HPLC-UVD & FLD while assuring data validation. |
